A consortium backed by BlackRock and IFM Investors has entered exclusive talks to acquire Stack Infrastructure’s Asia-Pacific data centres, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The group is preparing to conduct due diligence on the assets.

The portfolio could be valued at around $20 billion to $25 billion, Bloomberg reported. Discussions are ongoing with Stack’s owner, Blue Owl Capital, and sources said the parties hope to reach an agreement soon.
